TUBUH TERHADAP KEJADIAN DIARE PADA BAYI USIA 0 – 6 BULAN DI DESA PUNGGING KECAMATAN PUNGGING – MOJOKERTO

Usia tahun pertama kehidupan, sistim imun seorang anak relatif masih imatur dan sangat rentan. Protein susu sapi merupakan alergen tersering pada berbagai reaksi hipersensitivitas pada anak. Sekitar 80% susu formula bayi yang beredar di pasaran menggunakan bahan dasar susu sapi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Hubungan pemberian susu formula dengan pertahanan tubuh terhadap kejadian diare pada bayi usia 0 – 6 bulan di Desa Pungging Kecamatan Pungging Mojokerto tahun 2010.

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pada penelitian ini populasinya adalah Semua Bayi Usia 0 – 6 bulan di Desa Pungging Kecamatan Pungging Kabupaten Mojokerto pada bulan Juni tahun 2010 sebanyak 55 bayi. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Random sampling. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah pemberian susu formula dan Variabel tergantung dalam penelitian ini adalah pertahanan tubuh terhadap kejadian diare pada bayi usia 0 – 6 bulan.

Hasil analisa data didapatkan pemberian susu formula bayi usia 0 – 6 bulan di Desa Pungging Kecamatan Pungging pada bulan Juli tahun 2010 lebih dari sebagian diberi susu formula yaitu sebesar 29 bayi (54,72%). sedangkan pertahanan tubuh terhadap kejadian diare pada bayi usia 0 – 6 bulan di Desa Pungging Kecamatan Pungging pada bulan Juli tahun 2010 lebih dari sebagian diarhe yaitu sebesar 30 bayi (56,60%). Uji statistik dengan uji chi square didapatkan bahwa α hitung 0,01 < α table 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pemberian susu formula dengan pertahanan tubuh terhadap kejadian diare pada bayi usia 0 – 6 bulan di Desa Pungging Kecamatan Pungging Mojokerto tahun 2010.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian susu formula dapat mengakibatkan insiden penyakit seperti diare yang berpengaruh pada pertumbuhan bayi. Oleh karena itu ibu sejak dalam masa kehamilan harus mempersiapkan ASInya dan bidan atau tenaga kesehatan harus berperan aktif dalam mengajarkan perawatan payudara dengan benar selama masa nifas.

Age first year of life, a child's immune system is still relatively immature and very vulnerable. Cow's milk protein is the most common allergens in a variety of hypersensitivity reactions in children. About 80% of infant formula on the market using the basic ingredients of cow's milk. The purpose of this study was to determine formula feeding relationship with the body's defense against the occurrence of diarrhea in infants aged 0-6 months in the Village Pungging District Pungging Mojokerto in 2010.

This research uses analytical research with cross sectional approach. In this study population was all infants age 0-6 months in the Village Pungging District Pungging Mojokerto district in June of 2010 amounted to 55 babies. Random sampling techniques using sampling. The independent variables in this study were formula feeding and the dependent variable in this study is the body's defense against the occurrence of diarrhea in infants aged 0-6 months.

Results of analysis of data obtained formula feeding of infants aged 0-6 months in the Village District Pungging Pungging in July of 2010 the majority of formula-fed in the amount of 29 infants (54.72%). while the body's defense against the occurrence of diarrhea in infants aged 0-6 months in the Village District Pungging Pungging in July of 2010 most of the diarhe namely as many as 30 babies (56.60%). Test statistics with chi square test found that the α count 0.01 <α table 0.05 H0 rejected and H1 is accepted, it means there was a significant correlation between bottle-feeding with the body's defense against the occurrence of diarrhea in infants aged 0-6 months in the Village Pungging District Pungging Mojokerto district in 2010.

Based on the results of this study concluded that formula feeding can lead to incidents such as diarrheal diseases that affect the growth of the baby. Therefore, since the mother during pregnancy should prepare her milk and the midwife or health worker must play an active role in teaching the right breast care during childbirth.
